Why this blog?

Hi, I am Roeland Loggen. I (from February 1st) work for Technical University of Delft as a Business Architect.

My passion and hope: to create happy, meaningful. motivating and well performing workplaces that deliver great services, value to all stakeholders and meaningful and great experience for the people involved.

My toolset:
- Systems thinking
- Design Thinking, Service Design, Human Centered Design
- Business Process Management/Process analysis & design
- Process improvement frameworks, such as Lean (for Services) and TOC
- Positive Psychology / Motivation theory / Role Theory
- Agile business technology (Low code, iBPMS, BRM tools)
- Change best practices
- Agile thinking
